CampaignOperation

  • A single operation (create, update, or remove) is performed on a campaign.

  • The update_mask field uses a FieldMask to specify which resource fields are modified during an update.

  • The operation field is a union field that can be either create, update, or remove.

  • The create operation does not expect a resource name, while the update and remove operations do, with remove requiring a specific format including the customer and campaign IDs.

Union field. The mutate operation.

operation can be only one of the following:

create

Campaign

Create operation: No resource name is expected for the new campaign.

remove

Remove operation: A resource name for the removed campaign is expected, in this format:

customers/{customer_id}/campaigns/{campaign_id}

update

Campaign

Update operation: The campaign is expected to have a valid resource name.

FieldMask that determines which resource fields are modified in an update.
