LabelOperation

  • Describes a single operation on a label, which can be create, remove, or update.

  • The operation field is a union that defines the type of mutate operation performed on the label.

  • For an update operation, a update_mask is used to specify which fields are modified.

  • Create operations do not expect a resource name, while update operations require a valid resource name and remove operations require a resource name in a specific format.

Label

Create operation: No resource name is expected for the new label.

remove

Remove operation: A resource name for the label being removed, in this format:

customers/{customer_id}/labels/{label_id}

update

Label

Update operation: The label is expected to have a valid resource name.

FieldMask

FieldMask that determines which resource fields are modified in an update.
