ee.Number.max

  • Selects and returns the larger value between two provided numbers.

  • Accepts two number arguments: left (implicitly passed as this) and right.

  • Returns the larger of the two input numbers as a new Number object.

  • Can be used in both JavaScript and Python environments within the Earth Engine platform.

Selects the maximum of the first and second values.
