ee.FeatureCollection.aggregate_sample_sd

  • Calculates the sample standard deviation of a specified property within a collection of objects.

  • Takes a FeatureCollection and a property name (String) as arguments and returns a Number.

  • Examples are provided for both JavaScript and Python to demonstrate calculating the sample standard deviation of power plant capacities.

 Aggregates over a given property of the objects in a collection, calculating the sample std. deviation of the values of the selected property.
