ee.Number.neq

  • neq is a function that checks if two numbers are not equal to each other, returning 1 if they are not equal and 0 if they are.

  • This function takes two arguments: left (the first number) and right (the second number), both of which should be of type Number.

  • It can be utilized in both JavaScript and Python environments within the Google Earth Engine.

Returns 1 if and only if the first value is not equal to the second.
