Google 검색의 사이트링크 검색창이 처음 발표된 이래 10년이 지났습니다. Google에서는 시간이 지남에 따라 이 기능의 사용 빈도가 감소하고 있음을 눈치챘습니다. 이에 따라 검색 결과를 간소화하기 위해 이 시각적 요소는 2024년 11월 21일부터 제거될 예정입니다.

이 변경사항은 전 세계 모든 언어 및 국가에서 모든 검색 결과에 적용됩니다.
이는 순위나 다른 사이트링크 시각적 요소에 영향을 미치지 않으며 검색 상태 대시보드에 표시되지 않습니다.
Google 검색에 사이트링크 검색창 요소가 표시되지 않게 되면 Search Console 리치 결과 보고서가 삭제되며 리치 결과 테스트에서 마크업이 강조 표시되지 않게 됩니다.
사이트에서 구조화된 사이트링크 검색창 데이터를 삭제하는 것은 가능하지만 굳이 삭제하지 않아도 됩니다. 이와 같이 지원되지 않는 구조화된 데이터는 Google 검색에 문제를 일으키지 않으며 Search Console 보고서에서도 오류를 트리거하지 않습니다.
사이트링크 검색창 구조화된 데이터를 삭제하려는 경우 사이트 이름 역시 구조화된 WebSite 데이터의 변형을 사용한다는 점에 유의하세요. 이 데이터는 앞으로도 계속 지원됩니다.
