Search Console invia milioni di messaggi ogni mese. È il modo principale che usiamo per comunicarvi se il vostro sito web presenta un nuovo problema e per tenervi informati su aggiornamenti e opportunità per migliorare la vostra presenza su Google.
Per rendere più efficiente l'utilizzo dei messaggi in Search Console, abbiamo lavorato per farne una parte integrante del prodotto. A partire da oggi, i messaggi saranno disponibili in un riquadro facilmente accessibile facendo clic sull'icona a forma di campana nella parte superiore di qualsiasi pagina di Search Console. La differenza principale rispetto all'interfaccia precedente è che ora avrete accesso ai messaggi in tutto il prodotto, senza dover uscire dai report.
Vedrete una notifica con il numero di nuovi messaggi sopra l'icona a forma di campana, come mostrato di seguito.
Fate clic sull'icona per vedere un riquadro con un elenco di messaggi per il vostro sito; per fare ordine, potete contrassegnare uno o più messaggi come letti.
Stiamo anche introducendo un nuovo modo per rendere i messaggi più fruibili tramite la categorizzazione in diversi tipi, come Copertura, tipi di Miglioramenti, Prestazioni e altri; in questo modo, sarà più semplice trovare informazioni su un problema specifico.
Stiamo anche introducendo la possibilità per i proprietari di siti di accedere a tutti i messaggi inviati al sito, anche a quelli inviati in precedenza, a prescindere dalla data di verifica del proprietario e dalla data di invio dei messaggi. Ora, quando gli utenti ottengono l'accesso a un nuovo sito, possono vedere i messaggi ricevuti in passato, il che dovrebbe aiutare i nuovi proprietari a comprendere il contesto della proprietà.
Nell'apposito riquadro vengono mostrati soltanto i messaggi a partire dal 23 maggio 2019; quelli inviati prima di questa data possono essere visualizzati soltanto nell'email personale o nell'elenco dei messaggi precedente. Per il momento, i messaggi passati saranno disponibili nella vecchia interfaccia e potete trovarli nella sezione "Strumenti e rapporti precedenti" nella barra laterale.
