Method: advertisers.insertionOrders.create

  • This document outlines how to create a new insertion order using the Display & Video 360 API.

  • A successful request will return the details of the newly created insertion order.

  • The request uses an HTTP POST method to a specific URL containing the advertiser ID.

  • The request body requires an instance of an InsertionOrder, while the response body will also contain an InsertionOrder.

  • Authorization requires the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/display-video OAuth scope.

Creates a new insertion order. Returns the newly created insertion order if successful.

POST https://displayvideo.googleapis.com/v4/advertisers/{insertionOrder.advertiserId}/insertionOrders

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

Path parameters

Parameters
insertionOrder.advertiserId

string (int64 format)

Output only. The unique ID of the advertiser the insertion order belongs to.

Request body

The request body contains an instance of InsertionOrder.

Response body

If successful, the response body contains a newly created instance of InsertionOrder.
