यह UTF-8 कोड में होना चाहिए और इसका साइज़ ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा 255 बाइट होना चाहिए. इसमें ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा 80 वर्ण हो सकते हैं. ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा 10 शब्द हो सकते हैं.
मान्य वर्ण सिर्फ़ ASCII वर्ण हैं. यूआरएल-एस्केपिंग की अनुमति सिर्फ़ शब्दों के बीच खाली जगह दिखाने के लिए है. डेटा की शुरुआत या आखिर में मौजूद खाली सफ़ेद जगह को अनदेखा कर दिया जाता है.
