يؤدي هذا الإجراء إلى حذف زوج مفاتيح التشفير من جهة العميل نهائيًا وعلى الفور. لا يمكنك حذف أزواج المفاتيح نهائيًا إلا إذا تم إيقافها لأكثر من 30 يومًا. لإيقاف مفتاحَي التشفير، استخدِم الطريقة keypairs.disable.
لا يمكن لخدمة Gmail استعادة أي رسائل تم تشفيرها باستخدام مفتاح تم محوه أو فك تشفيرها. لن يعود بإمكان المستخدمين الذين تم إثبات هويتهم ومشرفي Google Workspace قراءة الرسائل المشفَّرة.
بالنسبة إلى المشرفين الذين يديرون هويات المستخدمين ومجموعات المفاتيح الخاصة بهم في مؤسستهم، تتطلّب الطلبات الحصول على تفويض من خلال حساب خدمة يمتلك سلطة تفويض على مستوى النطاق لانتحال هوية المستخدمين باستخدام نطاق https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.settings.basic.
بالنسبة إلى المستخدمين الذين يديرون هوياتهم ومفاتيحهم الخاصة، تتطلّب الطلبات تفعيل ميزة تشفير مفتاح الجهاز وضبطها.
