Thêm người được uỷ quyền với trạng thái xác minh được đặt trực tiếp thành accepted mà không cần gửi email xác minh nào. Người dùng được uỷ quyền phải là thành viên của cùng một tổ chức Google Workspace với người uỷ quyền.
Gmail áp dụng các giới hạn về số lượng người được uỷ quyền và người uỷ quyền mà mỗi người dùng trong một tổ chức Google Workspace có thể có. Các giới hạn này tuỳ thuộc vào tổ chức của bạn, nhưng nhìn chung, mỗi người dùng có thể có tối đa 25 người được uỷ quyền và tối đa 10 người uỷ quyền.
Xin lưu ý rằng người dùng được uỷ quyền phải được tham chiếu bằng địa chỉ email chính của họ, chứ không phải bằng email đại diện.
