Method: billingAssignments.insert

  • This document outlines how to insert a new billing assignment using an HTTP POST request.

  • The request requires profileId and billingProfileId as path parameters.

  • The request body should contain an instance of BillingAssignment.

  • A successful response will return a newly created BillingAssignment.

  • The request requires authorization using the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/dfatrafficking OAuth scope.

Inserts a new billing assignment and returns the new assignment. Only one of advertiserId or campaignId is support per request. If the new assignment has no effect (assigning a campaign to the parent advertiser billing profile or assigning an advertiser to the account billing profile), no assignment will be returned.

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

profileId

User profile ID associated with this request.
billingProfileId

string (int64 format)

Billing profile ID of this billing assignment.

The request body contains an instance of BillingAssignment.

Response body

If successful, the response body contains a newly created instance of BillingAssignment.
