Las conversiones avanzadas de clientes potenciales te permiten mejorar la precisión de la medición de conversiones sin conexión subiendo conversiones de clics que contienen identificadores de usuario con codificación hash y algunos detalles adicionales opcionales que ayudan a Google Ads a vincular la conversión con el anuncio que generó el cliente potencial.

Flujo de uso

Este es el flujo general para subir conversiones avanzadas de clientes potenciales en la API de Google Ads.

  1. Asegúrate de implementar los requisitos previos, que incluyen los siguientes:

    1. Habilita el seguimiento de conversiones.

    2. Acepta las condiciones sobre los datos del cliente.

    3. Configura el etiquetado en los formularios de clientes potenciales de tu sitio web.

    Consulta Implementa los requisitos previos para obtener orientación detallada.

  2. Normaliza y genera un hash de los datos de clientes potenciales, como la dirección de correo electrónico, el número de teléfono y la dirección de correo postal.

  3. Coloca los datos de clientes potenciales normalizados y con hash en objetos ClickConversion. Para cada ClickConversion, haz lo siguiente:

    1. Completa user_identifiers con los datos de clientes potenciales normalizados y con codificación hash. Si tienes varios identificadores de usuario disponibles, crea un UserIdentifier independiente para cada uno, hasta cinco identificadores.

    2. (Opcional, pero muy recomendable) Completa order_id.

    3. (Opcional) Completa gclid para obtener la medición más precisa.

    4. Asegúrate de propagar el campo consent del objeto ClickConversion.

    5. Establece conversion_action en el nombre del recurso de un ConversionAction con un type de UPLOAD_CLICKS. Este debe ser el nombre del recurso de la ConversionAction que creaste cuando implementaste los requisitos.

  4. Sube operaciones de creación de ClickConversion a ConversionUploadService y establece partial_failure en true.

  5. Revisa tus cargas.

Prácticas recomendadas

Ten en cuenta las siguientes prácticas recomendadas cuando implementes las conversiones avanzadas para clientes potenciales.

Busca el identificador de cliente

Cuando subas conversiones, el ID de cliente se debe establecer en la cuenta que contiene la acción de conversión y que realiza el seguimiento de conversiones. Para verificar este parámetro de configuración, consulta el recurso Customer de Google Ads que se publica para el ConversionTrackingSetting. Realiza la siguiente consulta con GoogleAdsService.SearchStream para encontrar el valor de customer.conversion_tracking_setting.google_ads_conversion_customer.

Incluye varios identificadores si los tienes

Si asignas un order_id a una conversión, te recomendamos que lo incluyas. Si tienes el gclid de una conversión, te recomendamos que lo envíes además del user_identifiers para mejorar el rendimiento. Además, si tienes más de un UserIdentifier para la conversión, incluir varios puede mejorar las probabilidades de que se utilice la Segmentación por clientes. Incluye todos los identificadores en el mismo ClickConversion.

Revisa los errores de falla parcial cuando configures tu integración

Cuando configures las conversiones avanzadas de clientes potenciales por primera vez, revisa y corrige los errores parciales en el campo partial_failure_error de la respuesta. Si hay problemas en tu configuración, deberás inspeccionar este campo para investigarlos y abordarlos. Cuando revises los errores de falla parcial, consulta la tabla de errores comunes en la guía de solución de problemas. Una vez que hayas resuelto los problemas que surgieron en los errores de fallas parciales y se complete la integración, cambia al uso de los diagnósticos de datos sin conexión para revisar el estado de tus conversiones con regularidad.

Cómo agrupar varias conversiones en una sola solicitud

Si tienes varias conversiones para subir, agrupa las operaciones en una sola UploadClickConversionsRequest, en lugar de enviar una solicitud de carga por conversión.

Consulta la guía de cuotas para conocer los límites de la cantidad de conversiones por solicitud.

Si deseas que el diagnóstico de datos sin conexión agrupe un conjunto de solicitudes en el mismo trabajo lógico, establece el job_id de todas las solicitudes en el mismo valor. Esto puede ser útil si tienes un solo trabajo o proceso que sube una gran cantidad de conversiones con varias solicitudes. Si configuras el job_id en cada una de esas solicitudes con el mismo valor, puedes recuperar una sola entrada para el trabajo desde job_summaries. En cambio, si permites que la API de Google Ads asigne un valor generado por el sistema a la job_id de cada solicitud, job_summaries contendrá una entrada independiente para cada solicitud, lo que podría dificultar el análisis del estado general de tu trabajo.

Sube todos los eventos de conversión sin conexión disponibles

Para garantizar que los informes de conversiones sean completos y precisos, sube todos los eventos de conversión sin conexión disponibles, incluidos los que podrían no provenir de Google Ads.

Si subes todos los eventos de conversión, se generarán errores CLICK_NOT_FOUND para los eventos que no provengan de Google Ads. Dado que se esperan estos errores cuando se suben todos los eventos de conversión, UploadClickConversionsRequest tiene un campo debug_enabled.

  • Si debug_enabled es false o no está configurado, la API de Google Ads solo realiza una validación básica de la entrada, omite las verificaciones de carga posteriores y muestra un estado de éxito, incluso si no se encuentra ningún clic para el user_identifiers proporcionado.

    Esta es la opción predeterminada.

  • Si debug_enabled es true, la API de Google Ads realiza todas las validaciones y muestra un error CLICK_NOT_FOUND para cualquier ClickConversion en el que no haya conversiones de Google Ads para el user_identifiers proporcionado.

Durante el desarrollo y las pruebas, puedes establecer debug_enabled en true para ayudar a identificar los problemas. Por ejemplo, si tienes un conjunto de conversiones y user_identifiers que sabes que provienen de conversiones de Google Ads, puedes usar el parámetro de configuración true para validar que esas cargas no generen un error CLICK_NOT_FOUND. Sin embargo, cuando pases de la etapa de desarrollo y pruebas, te recomendamos que configures debug_enabled en false para evitar errores excesivos.

No uses datos de atribución externos

No configures external_attribution_data en ClickConversion ni especifiques un conversion_action que use un modelo de atribución externo. Google Ads no admite conversiones atribuidas de forma externa para las cargas que usan identificadores.

Prepara los datos para la carga

Por motivos de privacidad, los siguientes datos deben codificarse con SHA-256 antes de subirse:

  • Dirección de correo electrónico
  • Número de teléfono
  • Nombre
  • Apellido
  • Dirección

No generes un hash para los siguientes datos:

  • País
  • Estado
  • Ciudad
  • Código postal

Para estandarizar los resultados del hash, debes hacer lo siguiente antes de generar un hash para uno de estos valores:

  • Quita los espacios en blanco iniciales y finales.
