Builder for
ProductCategory objects.

Builds the product category. Returns a
ProductCategoryOperation
that corresponds to the creation of the
ProductCategory.
Return values:
withBid(bid)
Specifies the bid of the product category. If this is unspecified, will use the bid of
the parent product group.
