Utilisez le paramètre de ciblage dans vos groupes d'annonces ou campagnes pour indiquer si vous souhaitez que vos annonces ne soient diffusées pour des segments d'audience spécifiques ou pour du contenu particulier que vous avez sélectionné.

Configurer le paramètre de ciblage

Vous pouvez configurer en détail la façon dont vos différents types de critères sont utilisés pour le ciblage. en définissant le champ TargetingSetting avec un tableau de target_restrictions Chaque TargetRestriction vous permet de contrôler si un type de critère utilise bid_only ou non.

Si vous définissez bid_only sur true, le paramètre de ciblage sera défini sur "Observation", et le critère ne sera pas utilisé pour restreindre le trafic, mais vous permettent de définir des enchères différentes en fonction des utilisateurs de vos listes. Paramètre bid_only sur false définit le paramètre de ciblage sur "Ciblage" et active la pour limiter le trafic des groupes d'annonces aux seuls utilisateurs de la liste ciblée.

Bonnes pratiques

Par défaut, bid_only est défini sur false, ce qui signifie que le paramètre de ciblage être définie sur "Ciblage". Si vous ajoutez des segments d'audience à une recherche campagne Shopping, envisagez de remplacer le paramètre de ciblage de bid_only par true pour la définir sur "Observation".

Si vous dupliquez une campagne pour les segments d'audience des annonces sur le Réseau de Recherche, conserver le ciblage de bid_only sur false.

Restrictions

Vous ne pouvez ni ajouter, ni mettre à jour targeting_setting sur un AdGroup si targeting_setting est défini sur le campagne parente. Si targeting_setting est défini sur l'élément parent Campaign, vous vous devez d'abord supprimer targeting_setting sur l'élément parent Campaign. De même, vous devez d'abord supprimer targeting_setting sur AdGroup pour pouvoir définir sur le Campaign.

Récupérer le paramètre de ciblage

Pour vérifier que votre ciblage est configuré comme vous le souhaitez, targeting_setting sur les groupes d'annonces ou les campagnes en demandant le ad_group.targeting_setting.target_restrictions de la ressource ad_group dans une requête de recherche.
