Diseña tu integración

Flujo de uso

A continuación, se detalla el flujo general para subir conversiones avanzadas de clientes potenciales en la API de Google Ads.

  1. Asegúrate de haber implementado los requisitos previos, que incluyen lo siguiente:

  2. Normaliza los datos del cliente potencial, como la dirección de correo electrónico, el número de teléfono y la codificación hash dirección postal.

  3. Coloca los datos de clientes potenciales normalizados y con codificación hash en objetos ClickConversion. Para cada ClickConversion:

    1. Propagar user_identifiers con los datos de clientes potenciales normalizados y con codificación hash. Si tienes varios usuarios disponibles, crea un UserIdentifier independiente para cada uno hasta cinco identificadores.

    2. (Opcional, pero muy recomendable) Propagar order_id

    3. (Opcional) Propaga gclid para la medición más precisa.

    4. A partir de la versión v15 de la API de Google Ads, debe completar la Campo consent del ClickConversion.

Prácticas recomendadas

Ten en cuenta las siguientes prácticas recomendadas cuando implementes las conversiones avanzadas de clientes potenciales.

Incluya varios identificadores, si los tiene.

Si asignas un order_id a una conversión, te recomendamos que lo incluyas. Si tienes la gclid de una conversión, te recomendamos que la envíes además de user_identifiers para mejorar el rendimiento Además, si tienen más de un UserIdentifier para la conversión, incluidas varias mejorar la probabilidad de una coincidencia. Revisa los errores de fallas parciales cuando configures tu integración

Cuando configures la integración de conversiones avanzadas de clientes potenciales revisa y soluciona los errores parciales en el campo partial_failure_error de la respuesta. Si hay problemas en la configuración, deberás inspeccionar este para investigarlos y abordarlos. Una vez que resuelvas los problemas aparecen en errores parciales y tu integración está completa, cambia a usando el diagnóstico de datos sin conexión para revisar con regularidad el estado de las conversiones.

Agrupa varias conversiones en una sola solicitud

Si tienes que subir varias conversiones, agrupa las operaciones en una UploadClickConversionsRequest: en lugar de enviar una solicitud de carga por conversión.

Consulta la guía sobre cuotas para conocer los límites de la cantidad de conversiones por solicitud.

Si deseas obtener el diagnóstico de datos sin conexión para agrupar un conjunto de solicitudes en el mismo trabajo lógico, establecer el job_id de todas las solicitudes en mismo valor. Esto puede ser útil si tienes un solo trabajo o proceso que sube una gran cantidad de conversiones mediante varias solicitudes. Si estableces job_id en cada una de esas solicitudes con el mismo valor, luego puedes recuperar un solo entrada para el trabajo job_summaries Si, en cambio, permites que la API de Google Ads asigne un valor generado por el sistema al job_id de cada solicitud, job_summaries contiene una entrada independiente para cada solicitud lo que podría dificultar el análisis del estado general de tu trabajo.

Suba todos los eventos de conversión sin conexión disponibles

Para garantizar informes de conversiones completos y precisos, suba todas las conversiones disponibles sin conexión de conversión, incluidas aquellas que podrían no provenir de Google Ads.

Si se suben todos los eventos de conversión, se generarán CLICK_NOT_FOUND errores para cualquier evento que no provienen de Google Ads. Dado que estos errores son esperables cuando se suben todos eventos de conversión, UploadClickConversionsRequest tiene un campo debug_enabled.

  • Si debug_enabled es false o no se establece, la API de Google Ads solo realiza la validación de entrada, omite las comprobaciones de carga posteriores y muestra resultados exitosos incluso Si no se encuentra ningún clic para el user_identifiers proporcionado.

Durante el desarrollo y las pruebas, puedes establecer debug_enabled en true como ayuda. para identificar problemas. Por ejemplo, si tiene un conjunto de conversiones user_identifiers que sepas que provienen de conversiones de Google Ads, puedes usar el true para validar que esas cargas no generen una Error CLICK_NOT_FOUND. Sin embargo, cuando pasas el desarrollo y las pruebas, te recomendamos configurar debug_enabled como false para evitar errores excesivos.

No utilizar datos de atribución externa

No configures external_attribution_data en ClickConversion ni especifiques un conversion_action, que usa un modelo de atribución externo Google Ads no admiten conversiones atribuidas externamente para las cargas mediante identificadores.

Prepara los datos para la carga

Por consideraciones de privacidad, los siguientes datos deben utilizar la codificación hash con SHA-256. antes de subirlo:

No generes un hash para los siguientes datos:
