Subir conversiones de llamada

Puedes utilizar la API de Google Ads para subir conversiones de llamada sin conexión a Google Ads. Para ello, asigna la fuente de conversiones Cargas en la IU de Google Ads y, luego, elige Conversiones generadas a partir de llamadas. Te brinda más flexibilidad para asociar las llamadas con las conversiones.

Un clic de clic de llamada para dispositivos móviles no se puede subir como una conversión si no hay un número de transferencia de llamadas de Google vinculado a la llamada. Sin un número de transferencia de llamadas de Google, no hay forma de que Google pueda estar seguro de que el clic generó una llamada y, luego, una conversión. Si se sube un clic de esta manera, la acción de conversión lo ignorará.

Para asociar tus conversiones de llamada sin conexión con una acción de conversión, debes pasar el ID de llamada, la fecha y hora de la conversión, el nombre del recurso de la acción de conversión y, de manera opcional, el valor de conversión y la moneda a ConversionUploadService:

Cómo subir CallConversion

Hay varios requisitos que se deben cumplir cuando se sube un CallConversion.

Para evitar un error ConversionUploadError.INVALID_CONVERSION_ACTION, el atributo conversion_action debe hacer referencia a un ConversionAction en el que:

  • El ConversionActionType es UPLOAD_CALLS.
  • El status de ConversionAction es ENABLED.
  • El ConversionAction existe en la cuenta de conversión vigente de la cuenta de Google Ads del clic.
  • En el momento de la llamada, el seguimiento de conversiones se habilitó en la cuenta de conversión vigente de la cuenta de Google Ads de la llamada.
  • El customer_id del UploadCallConversionsRequest debe ser el ID de cliente del owner_customer del conversion_action de cada conversión de llamada.

Además, se deben cumplir las siguientes condiciones:

  • El customer_id de UploadCallConversionsRequest debe ser el ID de cliente de la cuenta de seguimiento de conversiones vigente de la cuenta de Google Ads de la llamada. De lo contrario, la carga de conversiones generará un error ConversionUploadError.INVALID_CUSTOMER_FOR_CALL.

  • El valor de conversion_value debe ser mayor o igual que cero.

  • conversion_date_time debe tener especificada una zona horaria, y el formato es yyyy-mm-dd HH:mm:ss+|-HH:mm, por ejemplo: 2022-01-01 19:32:45-05:00 (se ignora el horario de verano). La zona horaria puede ser para cualquier valor válido: no tiene que coincidir con la zona horaria de la cuenta.

Creando CallConversion

Algunos aspectos que debes tener en cuenta cuando creas un CallConversion:

  • El atributo partial_failure de UploadCallConversionsRequest siempre debe establecerse en true. Sigue los lineamientos de fallas parciales cuando manejes operaciones válidas y con errores de forma simultánea.

  • Si encuentras un mensaje de respuesta TOO_RECENT_CONVERSION_ACTION o TOO_RECENT_CALL a una solicitud de conversión de carga, espera 6 o 12 horas, respectivamente, antes de volver a intentar las filas con errores.

  • Las estadísticas de conversiones importadas pueden demorar hasta 3 horas en aparecer en tu cuenta de Google Ads.

  • Si subes conversiones duplicadas (es decir, un CallConversion con caller_id, conversion_date_time y conversion_action que se subió antes), se muestra un error CALL_CONVERSION_ALREADY_EXISTS.

    • Si una sola solicitud contiene varias operaciones para la misma conversión, se muestra un error DUPLICATE_CALL_CONVERSION_IN_REQUEST.
