Sau khi đã được báo cáo cho Google Ads một lượt chuyển đổi, bạn có thể điều chỉnh lượt chuyển đổi đó vào lúc khác trong API Google Ads.

Để điều chỉnh một lượt chuyển đổi, trước tiên, bạn phải thiết lập hành động chuyển đổi và bạn cũng phải ghi lại các lượt chuyển đổi mà bạn sắp điều chỉnh.

API Google Ads hỗ trợ việc sử dụng order_id (còn gọi là mã giao dịch) để xác định lượt chuyển đổi cần điều chỉnh bằng ConversionAdjustmentUploadService.

Để nhận được conversion_action_id cần thiết cho việc thực hiện điều chỉnh chuyển đổi, bạn có thể làm theo một trong những cách sau:

Yêu cầu

Dưới đây là một số yêu cầu và hạn chế cần lưu ý khi điều chỉnh lượt chuyển đổi trong API:

• Chỉ những tài khoản quản lý hành động chuyển đổi mới có thể tải các mức điều chỉnh lên. Hãy làm theo hướng dẫn thiết lập tính năng theo dõi lượt chuyển đổi để xác định tài khoản nào đang quản lý lượt chuyển đổi cho tài khoản Google Ads của bạn.

  Việc cố gắng tải mức điều chỉnh lên bằng một tài khoản khác sẽ dẫn đến lỗi NO_CONVERSION_ACTION_FOUND. Lỗi này cũng xảy ra nếu bạn không bật hành động chuyển đổi của giá trị điều chỉnh.

• Google Ads chỉ hỗ trợ điều chỉnh lượt chuyển đổi cho các loại hành động chuyển đổi là SALESFORCE, UPLOAD_CLICKS hoặc WEBPAGE. Việc cố gắng tải giá trị điều chỉnh lên cho một lượt chuyển đổi khi hành động chuyển đổi không thuộc một trong những loại này sẽ dẫn đến lỗi INVALID_CONVERSION_ACTION_TYPE.

• Các trường chỉ định ngày và giờ yêu cầu múi giờ không nhất thiết phải là múi giờ của tài khoản. Định dạng của các trường này là yyyy-mm-dd HH:mm:ss+|-HH:mm, ví dụ: 2022-01-01 19:32:45-05:00 (bỏ qua giờ mùa hè).

• Hãy chờ 4 đến 6 giờ sau khi tạo hành động chuyển đổi trước khi điều chỉnh lượt chuyển đổi của hành động đó để tránh lỗi TOO_RECENT_CONVERSION_ACTION.

• Quá trình điều chỉnh sẽ không thành công và xảy ra lỗi CONVERSION_NOT_FOUND nếu đáp ứng bất kỳ điều kiện nào sau đây:

  • Lượt chuyển đổi này chưa từng được báo cáo.

  • Lượt chuyển đổi được báo cáo dưới 24 giờ trước khi thử điều chỉnh. Trong một số trường hợp, điều này có thể dẫn đến lỗi TOO_RECENT_CONVERSION.

• Bạn phải chỉ định order_id trong ConversionAdjustment theo bất kỳ điều kiện nào sau đây:

  • type của hành động chuyển đổi bằng WEBPAGE.

  • Lượt chuyển đổi ban đầu mà bạn đang điều chỉnh đã được chỉ định một order_id.

  Nếu bạn chỉ định gclid_date_time_pair, thao tác sẽ không thành công với lỗi ConversionAdjustmentUploadError.MISSING_ORDER_ID_FOR_WEBPAGE hoặc ConversionAdjustmentUploadError.CONVERSION_NOT_FOUND tương ứng.

• Khi tạo ConversionAdjustment, thuộc tính partial_failure của UploadConversionAdjustmentsRequest phải luôn được đặt thành true. Tuân thủ nguyên tắc về lỗi một phần khi xử lý đồng thời thao tác hợp lệ và thao tác không thành công.

• Bạn không thể thay đổi ConversionAction bằng mức điều chỉnh. Thay vào đó, hãy sử dụng RETRACTION để xoá lượt chuyển đổi trước đó và tải một lượt chuyển đổi mới lên bằng ConversionAction đã cập nhật. Bạn không cần sửa đổi dấu thời gian này.
