AdsApp.​AccountExtensions

For example, to access all callouts added to the account: 

var accountCalloutIterator =
    AdsApp.currentAccount().extensions().callouts().get();
while (accountCalloutIterator.hasNext()) {
  var accountCallout = accountCalloutIterator.next();
}
