Vous pouvez ajouter à votre liste d'audience les personnes qui ont effectué des actions spécifiques sur votre site Web. Si vous utilisez le suivi des conversions, vous pouvez cibler les internautes ayant déjà déclenché une conversion (un achat, par exemple) sur votre site Web.

Vous pouvez également cibler des annonces auprès des personnes qui ont effectué une action particulière sur votre site Web que vous ne considérez pas comme une conversion, par exemple lorsqu'une personne ajoute un article à son panier, puis le supprime sans effectuer d'achat.

Prérequis

Pour créer et cibler des segments d'audience, vous devez d'abord :

  1. Consultez les Règles en matière de publicité ciblée par centres d'intérêt et zone géographique. Pour créer des audiences, vous ne pouvez pas utiliser d'informations sensibles sur les utilisateurs.

  2. Configurez votre balise Google.

    Les annonceurs qui souhaitent créer des listes d'utilisateurs basées sur le comportement d'une application mobile doivent implémenter le SDK Firebase ou utiliser des SDK tiers pour suivre le comportement dans l'application.

1. Configurez le suivi des conversions. Suivez les instructions du guide de démarrage de la gestion des conversions. Ensuite, installez la balise Google sur votre site Web.

Récupérer la balise Google

Créer la liste des utilisateurs

Pour cibler les visiteurs ayant effectué des actions spécifiques, vous devez définir le champ basic_user_list d'un UserList avec un objet BasicUserListInfo contenant des références aux actions (conversions ou non) que vous ciblez.

Visiteurs ayant déclenché une conversion

Une liste d'utilisateurs de base définit ses membres comme des personnes ayant déclenché une ou plusieurs actions de conversion sur votre site Web. Lorsque vous créez une liste d'utilisateurs de base, vous fournissez le nom de la ressource de l'ConversionAction à un objet UserListActionInfo, qui est finalement transmis à UserList.

Règles de ciblage par segment d'audience

  1. Vous ne pouvez pas définir simultanément des listes d'utilisateurs positives (enchérissables) au niveau de la campagne et du groupe d'annonces. Avant d'en définir un, vous devez supprimer les critères à inclure dans les listes d'utilisateurs de tous les groupes d'annonces d'une campagne.

  2. Le ciblage positif par liste d'utilisateurs n'est disponible que pour les campagnes sur le Réseau de Recherche. Pour les campagnes display, CampaignCriterion qui définit user_list doit être exclu.
