カスタマー マッチを使用すると、オンラインとオフラインのデータを使用して、検索、[ショッピング] タブ、Gmail、YouTube、ディスプレイでユーザーにリーチしたり、再アプローチしたりできます。カスタマー マッチでは、顧客から提供された情報を使って、その顧客や類似する顧客にターゲットを絞って広告を表示できます。顧客管理(CRM)データを一括でアップロードしたり、データを追加または削除したり、これらのユーザーリストを使用して logical_user_list を作成したりできます。

前提条件

すべてのアカウントでカスタマー マッチをご利用いただけるわけではありません。カスタマー マッチを使用するには、アカウントが次の条件を満たしている必要があります。

  • 良好なポリシー準拠の実績
  • 良好なお支払いの実績

統合を設計する

使用フロー

顧客リストの作成とターゲティングの推奨フローは次のとおりです。

  1. 空の顧客リストを作成します。

  2. OfflineUserDataJob を作成します。複数の小さなジョブを 1 つ作成するよりも、1 つの大規模なジョブを作成した方がはるかに効率的です。

    バージョン v15 以降の Google Ads API では、OfflineUserDataJob create リクエストの customer_match_user_list_metadataconsent フィールドにデータを入力する必要があります。remove リクエストの場合、同意は必要ありません。ジョブの consent.ad_user_data または consent.ad_personalizationDENIED に設定されている場合、API は OfflineUserDataJobError.CUSTOMER_NOT_ACCEPTED_CUSTOMER_DATA_TERMS を返します。識別子の同意が DENIED の場合、ユーザーリストから識別子を削除するジョブを作成できます。

  3. OfflineUserDataJobService.AddOfflineUserDataJobOperations メソッドを使用してオペレーションを追加します。処理を最適化するため、1 回の呼び出しで最大 10,000 個の ID を追加することをおすすめします。1 つの AddOfflineUserDataJobOperations リクエストには、オペレーション リスト内のすべての UserData オブジェクトで最大 100,000 個の ID を含めることができます。

    たとえば、各 UserData オブジェクトに hashed_email に 1 つの UserIdentifier があり、hashed_phone_number に別の UserIdentifier がある場合、各リクエストには合計 10,000 個のユーザー ID が含まれるため、リクエストごとに 5,000 個の UserData オブジェクトを送信するのが最適です。

  4. すべてのオペレーションが追加されるか、ジョブが処理能力の上限に達するまで、前の手順を繰り返します。1 つのジョブに追加できるオペレーションの数に制限はありません。ただし、処理を最適化するには、ジョブあたりのオペレーション数を 1,000,000 件以下にすることをおすすめします。

  5. ジョブを実行します。

  6. アップロードの成功をポーリングします。

  7. マッチ率を確認します。

  8. リストをターゲティングします。

OfflineUserDataJobService と UserDataService

カスタマー マッチ データは、次の 2 つのサービスでアップロードできます。サービスには制限がある可能性があるため、ユースケースに基づいてサービスを選択してください。

カスタマー マッチ アップロード サービス
OfflineUserDataJobService(推奨) ほとんどのデベロッパーがこのサービスを使用しています。高スループットで大規模なアップロード用に最適化されており、完了時に成功指標を返します。このガイドでは、主にこのサービスに焦点を当てています。
UserDataService このサービスは、散発的な更新で一度に少数の ID をアップロードするように最適化されており、継続的な実行には最適化されていません。リクエストごとに 10 件のオペレーションという上限があります。また、1 つのリクエストに含めることができるアイテムは、user_identifiers 全体で 100 個までです。

バージョン v15 以降の Google Ads API では、UploadUserDataRequest create リクエストの customer_match_user_list_metadataconsent フィールドに値を入力する必要があります。remove リクエストの場合、同意は必要ありません。 API は、consent.ad_user_data または consent.ad_personalizationDENIED の場合、リクエストが処理されていないことを示す、received_operations_count が 0 に設定されたレスポンスを返します。識別子が DENIED の同意を得ている場合、UploadUserDataRequestremove オペレーションを使用して、ユーザーリストから識別子を削除するようリクエストできます。

ベスト プラクティス

カスタマー マッチの統合を設計する際は、次のベスト プラクティスに留意してください。

  • 複数のアカウントを使用して 1 つのユーザーリストを変更しようとしないでください。ユーザーリストを変更できるのは、そのリストを作成した Google 広告またはデータ パートナー アカウントのみです。

  • RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED エラーを回避するため、AddOfflineUserDataJobOperationsRequest あたりのオペレーション数を最大化し、識別子を最大 10,000 個にします。

  • 同じ OfflineUserDataJob 内で create オペレーションと remove オペレーションを混在させないでください。そのようにすると、CONFLICTING_OPERATION エラーが発生する可能性があります。

  • ジョブを実行する前に問題のあるオペレーションを検出できるように、AddOfflineUserDataJobOperationsRequestpartial_failure を有効にします。オペレーションは、OfflineUserDataJob にアップロードされたときに検証されます。

  • 同じユーザーリストを変更する複数の OfflineUserDataJob プロセス(つまり、CustomerMatchUserListMetadata.user_list が同じリソース名を指す複数のジョブ)を同時に実行しないでください。複数のジョブで同じリストを同時に操作することは許可されていないため、CONCURRENT_MODIFICATION エラーが発生する可能性があります。このエラーは、Google 広告の管理画面と Google Ads API でリストを同時に変更しようとした場合にも発生します。これは、PENDING ジョブへのオペレーションの追加には適用されません。この追加は、ジョブの開始前であればいつでも可能です。

  • 適用するオペレーションが数千に及ぶ場合は、すべてのオペレーションを含む OfflineUserDataJob を 1 つ作成します。数百個のオペレーションだけで複数のジョブを作成し、順次または同時に実行しないでください。すべてのオペレーションを含む 1 つの大規模なジョブは、複数の小さなジョブよりもはるかに効率的であり、ワークフローでエラーが発生する可能性を減らします。

顧客リストを作成する

まず、UserListService を使用して顧客リストを作成します。顧客リストを作成するには、user_list オブジェクトの crm_based_user_list フィールドを設定します。crm_based_user_list フィールドは、顧客リストのターゲティングをサポートするキャンペーン タイプで設定できます。

crm_based_user_list には次の 3 つのフィールドがあります。

  • app_id: データが収集されたモバイルアプリを一意に識別する文字列。モバイル広告 ID をアップロードする CrmBasedUserList を作成する場合は必須です。

  • upload_key_type: リストの一致キータイプ(CONTACT_INFOCRM_IDMOBILE_ADVERTISING_ID のいずれか)。同じリスト内にデータ型を混在させることはできません。 このフィールドは、すべての顧客リストで必須です。

  • data_source_type: リストのデータソース。デフォルト値は FIRST_PARTY です。許可リストに登録されたお客様は、サードパーティが取得した顧客リストを作成できます。

ユーザーリストの membership_life_span 属性を使用すると、ユーザーをリストに追加する期間を日数で定義できます。顧客リストのタイプでは、membership_life_span を 10,000 に設定して有効期限がないことを示すことができます。

membership_status 属性は、リストに新規ユーザーを含めるかどうかを定義します。

顧客データを追加

主な照合キーは、メールアドレス、送付先住所、電話番号の 3 つです。ユーザー ID とモバイル デバイス ID を照合キーとして使用できますが、これらのソリューションは Cookie とデバイス ID に依存しているため、将来の変化に対応できません。可能であれば、CRM またはモバイル ID ではなく、ユーザーの連絡先情報(メールアドレス、住所、電話番号など)をアップロードすることをおすすめします。

各ユーザーリストには、CrmBasedUserListInfo.upload_key_type フィールドで指定された 1 種類の顧客データのみを含めることができます。さらに、1 人のユーザーを表す UserData オブジェクトには、最大 20 個のユーザー識別子を含めることができます。各ユーザー識別子には独自の UserIdentifier オブジェクトがあります。ID が 20 個を超えると、TOO_MANY_USER_IDENTIFIERS エラーが発生します。

Google 広告では、広告配信時にアクティブ ユーザー数の最小しきい値に達している場合にのみ、カスタマー マッチ ユーザーリストがターゲティングに使用されます。アクティブ ユーザー数とは、リストに登録されていて、Gmail、検索、YouTube、ディスプレイでアクティブになっているユーザーの数です。少なくとも 5,000 人のメンバーをアップロードすると、ターゲティングに十分な数のアクティブ ユーザーを獲得できるようになります。

ユーザーの連絡先情報をアップロードする

ユーザーのメールアドレス、送付先住所、電話番号をアップロードするには、upload_key_typeCONTACT_INFO に設定します。照合のために連絡先情報が Google アカウントに関連付けられている必要があります。また、Google Workspace などの企業アカウントは対象にできません。

プライバシー上の懸念があるため、メールアドレス、姓名、電話番号は、アップロードする前に SHA-256 アルゴリズムでハッシュ化する必要があります。ハッシュ結果を標準化するには、いずれかの値をハッシュ化する前に、次のタスクを行う必要があります。

  • 先頭と末尾の空白文字を削除する。
  • 名前、メールアドレス、送付先住所の場合: テキストを小文字に変換します。
  • 電話番号の場合: ハッシュ化する前に各電話番号を E164 形式に変換します。この形式では、+ 記号で始まる最大 15 桁の数字で電話番号を表します(例: +12125650000+442070313000)。先頭の + 記号は省略できます。

メールアドレスの場合、gmail.comgooglemail.com のメールアドレスではドメイン名の前にあるすべてのピリオド(.)を削除する必要はありません。これらは引き続き受け入れられるためです。

ハッシュ化する前に連絡先情報の形式が正しく設定されていない場合、API はハッシュ化された情報を受け入れますが、顧客と照合することはできません。

送付先住所のデータをアップロードする場合は、少なくとも次のものを含める必要があります。

  • Country code
  • 郵便番号
  • ハッシュ化された名
  • ハッシュ化された姓

これらのフィールドのいずれかが欠けている場合、住所が一致しません。

顧客リストに含めることができる upload_key_type は 1 つのみですが、CONTACT_INFOupload_key_type に複数の種類の連絡先情報をアップロードできます。マッチ率を高めるには、この方法をおすすめします。

CRM ID をアップロード

顧客リストに CRM ID を入力するには、upload_key_typeCRM_ID に設定します。CRM ID は、広告主様によって生成、割り当てられたユーザー ID と照合されます。 これは MOBILE_ADVERTISING_ID インスタンスのアップロードに似ていますが、UserIdentifier オブジェクトの third_party_user_id フィールドにデータを入力します。

モバイル ID をアップロード

メールによるカスタマー マッチと同様に、広告識別子(IDFA)または Google 広告 ID(AAID)のモバイル デバイス ID を使用してカスタマー マッチングを実行できます。そのためには、モバイル デバイス ID とのカスタマー マッチングにユーザーリストを使用する前に、app_id プロパティを指定して upload_key_typeMOBILE_ADVERTISING_ID に設定します。

リストにメンバーが追加されるまでには最長で 24 時間ほどかかることがあるため、オーディエンス リストに 12 時間に 1 回を超える頻度でアップロードする場合は、Google 広告の UI に In Progress ステータスが表示されることがあります。

リストをターゲットに設定

リストは、広告グループ単位またはキャンペーン単位でターゲットに設定できます。このプロセスは、API の他のタイプのターゲティング条件と似ています。
