מחיקה של הזמנת קמפיין. הפונקציה מחזירה את קוד השגיאה NOT_FOUND אם הזמנת הקמפיין לא קיימת. כדי למחוק את הזמנת ההצגה, צריך קודם להעביר אותה לארכיון, כלומר להגדיר את entityStatus כ-ENTITY_STATUS_ARCHIVED.
