Xoá một mẫu quảng cáo. Trả về mã lỗi NOT_FOUND nếu mẫu quảng cáo không tồn tại. Trước tiên, bạn phải lưu trữ mẫu quảng cáo, tức là đặt entityStatus thành ENTITY_STATUS_ARCHIVED, thì mới có thể xoá mẫu quảng cáo đó.
