Xoá vĩnh viễn một chiến dịch. Bạn không thể khôi phục chiến dịch đã xoá. Trước tiên, bạn phải lưu trữ chiến dịch, tức là đặt entityStatus thành ENTITY_STATUS_ARCHIVED để có thể xoá chiến dịch đó.
