Method: properties.customDimensions.create

Creates a CustomDimension.

POST https://analyticsadmin.googleapis.com/v1beta/{parent=properties/*}/customDimensions

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

If successful, the response body contains a newly created instance of CustomDimension.
