El editor de estilo no se puede cargar en este momento
En la vista previa del mapa, se usa un mapa de vectores. Si el mapa de vectores no se puede cargar en el navegador web, se brinda una experiencia "sin mapa":
Si tienes este problema, prueba lo siguiente:
Verifica la configuración del navegador para asegurarte de que la aceleración de hardware esté habilitada.
Visita get.webgl.org para saber si tu dispositivo es compatible. Si la demostración no se ejecuta, es posible que tu navegador o dispositivo no sean compatibles con WebGL. Asegúrate de que la combinación de navegador o controladores del dispositivo no esté sujeta a reglas de lista de bloqueo definidas en la wiki de Khronos WebGL.
Actualiza tu tarjeta gráfica y asegúrate de que tu dispositivo tenga una tarjeta gráfica de video (GPU) que sea compatible con WebGL. Consulta los Requisitos de la aplicación y el sitio web.
Después de crear o actualizar un diseño, es posible que se muestren los siguientes mensajes.
Mis cambios de diseño no se están actualizando en mis apps o sitios web
Los cambios de diseño pueden demorar algunas horas para propagarse a tus apps y sitios web, y las apps pueden demorar más tiempo si los dispositivos no están conectados a Internet. Si no ves los cambios de diseño después de algunas horas, puedes hacer lo siguiente:
Asegúrate de haber publicado la actualización del diseño.
Si aplicaste los cambios en un diseño duplicado, asegúrate de haber asociado tu ID de mapa a este diseño. Para obtener más detalles, consulta Cómo asociar o quitar IDs de mapa en tu diseño.
No puedo ver mis cambios de diseño en la vista previa del mapa
Si realizas un cambio y no puedes verlo en la vista previa del mapa, prueba lo siguiente.
Cambia el nivel de zoom del mapa: Es posible que los componentes del mapa en los que estás aplicando diseño no sean visibles en el nivel de zoom actual.
Acércate: Si tienes certeza de que el componente está presente en el mapa, acércate para obtener una vista más detallada y tal vez aparezca.
Aléjate: En algunos componentes grandes del mapa, es posible que necesites alejarte para que desaparezcan los componentes detallados y aparezca tu diseño.
Mi texto se ve borroso o fuera de foco
Si los colores que elegiste para el relleno y el trazo del texto no son suficientemente contrastantes, la fuente se verá borrosa y poco definida porque el trazo (contorno) y el relleno se mezclarán. Selecciona colores que sean suficientemente contrastantes.
Mi diseño es monótono o muestra colores incorrectos
El componente de mapa en el que estás aplicando diseño podría superponerse con uno o varios componentes de tu mapa. Para recibir asistencia, consulta Cómo administrar los diseños que se superponen.
Se aplicó diseño a componentes del mapa incorrectos
Si ves componentes de mapa con el mismo diseño que estableciste, es posible que el diseño de mapa predeterminado para esos componentes sea el mismo que configuraste. A continuación, te ofrecemos algunas sugerencias que puedes probar:
Desactiva la visibilidad del componente de mapa con el mismo diseño. Por ejemplo, si deseas aplicar un color rojo oscuro a las Vinerías y observas que los lugares de interés de Emergencias se muestran en rojo, esto podría ser confuso para los usuarios. En ese caso, puedes desactivar la visibilidad de los lugares de interés de Emergencias para evitar la confusión.
Cambia el diseño de los componentes de mapa que no deseas que coincidan. En el ejemplo anterior, también podrías aplicar un color naranja a los lugares de interés de Emergencias para evitar la confusión.
Recibo un error cuando intento cargar mi diseño de mapa
No puedes usar IDs y diseños de mapa al mismo tiempo. Puedes realizar una de las siguientes acciones:
Recomendado: Quita el diseño de mapa y edita el diseño asociado con el ID de mapa a través de Cloud Console. Con este método, puedes crear un estilo que se aplique a todas las plataformas. Para obtener más detalles, consulta Cómo asociar un diseño a un ID de mapa.
Quita el ID de mapa y edita el diseño para cada plataforma de la app con diseño en formato JSON.
Dado que el diseño basado en JSON es específico de la plataforma, debes crear el diseño para cada plataforma de la app en la que muestres los mapas con diseño.
Si ya tienes un diseño de mapa JSON que quieres usar para el diseño de mapas basado en la nube, puedes importarlo. Para obtener más detalles, consulta Cómo importar un diseño de mapa JSON.

If you're\nstill not seeing your style changes after a few hours, check the following\nthings:\n\n- Make sure you've published your style update.\n\n- If you made your changes in a duplicated style, make sure you've associated\n your map ID with the duplicated style. For details, see\n [Associate or remove map IDs on your style](/maps/documentation/javascript/cloud-customization/map-styles#associate-style-with-map-id).\n\nI can't see my style changes on the preview map\n\nIf you make a change, and can't see the change on the preview map, here\nare some things to try.\n\n- **Check for style overlaps** : For details, see\n [Manage styles that overlap](/maps/documentation/javascript/cloud-customization/overlap).\n\n- **Check for style inheritance overrides** : Check to see if there is a\n custom child style underneath the style you're setting that is overriding\n its parent style. For details on style inheritance, see\n [Understand map style inheritance and hierarchy](/maps/documentation/javascript/cloud-customization/map-hier).\n\n- **Change the map zoom level**: It's possible that the map features you are\n styling are not visible in the map at the current zoom level.\n\n - **Zoom in**: If you are sure the feature is present on the map,\n zoom in to a more detailed view and it may appear.\n\n - **Zoom out**: With some large map features, you may need to zoom out\n until the detailed map features drop out before your styling shows up.\n\nMy text looks blurry or out of focus\n\nIf the colors you've chosen for your fill and stroke for text don't have\nenough contrast, the font looks bold and fuzzy because the stroke (outline)\nand fill merge together. Select colors that have enough contrast.\n\nMy style looks dull or the wrong color\n\nThe map feature you are styling may overlap with one or more other map\nfeatures. For assistance, see [Manage styles that overlap](/maps/documentation/javascript/cloud-customization/overlap).\n\nThe wrong map features are being styled\n\nIf you are seeing map features that match the style you've set, it may be that\nthe default map style for those map features are the same as the style you're\nsetting. Here are some things to try:\n\n- **Turn off visibility for the map feature that matches**. For example,\n if you are trying to set Winery to a dark red, and notice that Emergency\n POIs are red, which could be confusing for your users. You can choose to\n turn off visibility for Emergency POIs to avoid this confusion.\n\n- **Change the style of the map features that you don't want to match**.\n the example above, you could also choose to style Emergency POIs to orange\n to avoid confusion.\n\nI get an error trying to load my map style\n\nYou cannot use map IDs and styles at the same time. You can do one of the\nfollowing:\n\n- **Recommended** : Remove the map style, and edit the style associated with\n the map ID using the Cloud console. With this method, you can create one\n style that applies to all platforms. For details, see\n [Associate a style with a map ID](/maps/documentation/javascript/cloud-customization/map-styles#associate-style-with-map-id).\n\n- Remove the map ID, and edit the style for each app platform using\n\n [JSON styling](/maps/documentation/javascript/json-styling-overview).\n\n Since JSON styling is platform-specific, you need to create the style for each\n app platform on which you display the styled maps.\n\nIf you already have a JSON map style that you want to use for cloud-based\nmaps styling, you can import it.
