Downloads the content of a file. For more information, see Download and export files.
Operations are valid for 24 hours from the time of creation.

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

 Optional. The revision ID of the file to download. This field can only be set when downloading blob files, Google Docs, and Google Sheets. Returns  |

If successful, the response body contains an instance of Operation.

Requires one of the following OAuth scopes:
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.readonly
