Method: replies.insert

Creates a new reply to the given comment.

HTTP request

POST https://www.googleapis.com/drive/v2/files/{fileId}/comments/{commentId}/replies

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

Path parameters

Parameters
fileId

string

The ID of the file.
commentId

string

The ID of the comment.

Request body

The request body contains an instance of CommentReply.

Response body

If successful, the response body contains a newly created instance of CommentReply.

Authorization scopes

Requires one of the following OAuth scopes:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/docs
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file
