The Business Profile APIs provide an interface to manage business location information on Google. The APIs use a federated model that includes separate endpoints for different functionality, such as Posts and Reviews. Each endpoint has a different base URL. This allows for much greater flexibility when you consume the APIs or launch new features.
Account Management API
The Account Management API allows management of business accounts on Google. It also allows management of the users that have access to the business accounts and locations. For more details, check the reference documentation.
Business Calls API
The Business Calls API allows businesses to manage Business Calls and collect insights like the number of missed calls to their location. If the Google Business Profile links to a Google Ads account and call history is turned on, calls that last longer than a specific time, and that can be attributed to an ad interaction, will show in the linked Google Ads account under the "Calls from Ads" conversion.
