          This document details how to get a proposal given its ID.
         
      
        
          The request uses an HTTP GET method with specific path parameters for account and proposal IDs.
         
      
        
          The request body must be empty, and a successful response returns a Proposal instance.
         
      
        
          Authorization requires the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adexchange.buyer OAuth scope.
         
      
     
   
 
    
    
    
      
      
      
        Gets a proposal given its ID. The proposal is returned at its head revision.

          GET https://adexchangebuyer.googleapis.com/v2beta1/accounts/{accountId}/proposals/{proposalId}
The URL uses gRPC Transcoding  syntax.
