mapView:willMove: indica che la posizione della videocamera sta per cambiare.

Questo metodo può essere chiamato più volte prima
che venga richiamato mapView:idleAtCameraPosition:, anche se ciò in genere

mapView:willMove: una seconda volta.
mapView:didChangeCameraPosition: viene chiamato ripetutamente durante un gesto o
