Google Workspace 부가기능 시작
설치한 Google Workspace 부가기능은 호스트 애플리케이션 인터페이스에 아이콘 열 (Calendar, Keep, Tasks와 같은 Google 제품의 아이콘 아래)로 자동으로 표시됩니다. 호스트 애플리케이션은 각 부가기능을 작은 아이콘으로 나타냅니다. 이 아이콘은 부가기능의 매니페스트에 지정됩니다.

데스크톱에서
사용자가 설치한 각 Google Workspace 부가기능의 아이콘이 Google Workspace 호스트 애플리케이션의 오른쪽 탐색 메뉴에 표시됩니다.

사용자가 Google Workspace 부가기능 아이콘을 클릭하면 상응하는 트리거가 실행되어 부가기능의 초기 홈페이지를 빌드합니다. 홈페이지 카드가 구성되면 부가기능은 호스트 애플리케이션에 카드를 반환하여 표시합니다. 부가기능에서 홈페이지를 정의하지 않으면 기본 카드가 대신 표시됩니다.
완전히 승인되지 않은 부가기능을 열면 승인하라는 메시지가 표시됩니다. 요청된 권한을 검토하고 승인하면 부가기능 홈페이지가 표시되며 부가기능과 상호작용할 수 있습니다.
언제든지 부가기능 아이콘을 다시 클릭하거나(또는 다른 부가기능의 아이콘을 클릭) 부가기능 헤더에서 close 아이콘을 클릭하여 부가기능 UI를 닫을 수 있습니다.
Gmail 작성
Google Workspace 부가기능은 Gmail의 '메시지 작성' 창에서 부가기능 기능을 제공하는 Gmail 작성 UI를 확장할 수 있습니다.
이러한 부가기능의 경우 부가기능 아이콘이 작성 창 하단의 가로 행에 표시됩니다. 부가기능 아이콘은 메시지 서식 지정, 파일 첨부 등의 표준 아이콘 오른쪽에 배치됩니다.
Calendar 회의 솔루션
Google Workspace 부가기능은 Google Calendar 일정 인터페이스에 하나 이상의 회의 솔루션을 추가할 수 있습니다. 이러한 솔루션은 카드 인터페이스로 표시되지 않으며 대신 Google Calendar의 기본 일정 수정 인터페이스에 회의 옵션으로 표시됩니다.

편집자 부가기능 시작

These solutions don't appear as a card\ninterface; rather, they appear as conferencing options in Google Calendar's\nnative **Edit event** interface.\n\nCalendar represents each add-on conferencing solution by a name and a\nsmall icon, each specified by the\n[`calendar.conferenceSolution[]`](/apps-script/manifest/calendar-addons#Calendar.FIELDS.conferenceSolution)\nfields in the add-on's\n[manifest](/workspace/add-ons/concepts/workspace-manifests#manifest_structure_for_g_suite_add-ons).\n\nWhen you select an add-on's conference solution, Calendar asks you to\n[authorize](/workspace/add-ons/how-tos/authorizing-addons) the add-on (if you\nhaven't already), and may ask you to further authorize the third-party\nconferencing system the add-on connects to. After authorizing, you can freely\nselect any of the add-on conference solutions for your events.\n\n### On mobile (Gmail only)\n\nOn mobile, the Google Workspace add-ons that extend\nGmail have icons that appear as a horizontal row at the bottom of the currently\nopen message or draft. Clicking an icon opens that interface at the bottom of\nthe message.\n\nFor Google Workspace add-ons that\n[extend the Gmail with compose actions](/workspace/add-ons/gmail/extending-compose-ui),\nthe add-on icons appear in the compose view's top-right menu.\n\nStarting an Editor add-on\n-------------------------\n\n| **Note:** Editor add-ons are only available on desktop clients, and not on mobile.\n\nMost Editor add-ons create one or more menu items in the **add-ons** menu\nof the editor. It's a best practice to create at least one menu item for\nan Editor add-on to serve as the initial launch point that explains the\nadd-on's purpose and usage.
