Để chỉ định những người dùng trong tổ chức có thể khám phá và tham gia một không gian, bạn cần tạo đối tượng mục tiêu. Đối tượng mục tiêu là một nhóm người (chẳng hạn như các phòng ban cụ thể hoặc toàn bộ tổ chức) mà bạn có thể chia sẻ một không gian trò chuyện để nâng cao mức độ nhận biết và khả năng chia sẻ của không gian đó. Đối tượng mục tiêu cũng giúp bạn quản lý và tuỳ chỉnh tư cách thành viên của không gian thay vì phải mời từng người dùng vào một không gian. Bạn chỉ có thể cho phép đối tượng mục tiêu khám phá các không gian có tên. Bạn không thể chia sẻ các loại không gian khác (chẳng hạn như tin nhắn trực tiếp hoặc cuộc trò chuyện nhóm) với đối tượng mục tiêu.
Trong bảng Đối tượng mục tiêu, hãy nhấp vào trường Tên của đối tượng mục tiêu.
Tìm mã nhận dạng đối tượng mục tiêu trong URL của trang. URL có định dạng là https://admin.google.com/ac/targetaudiences/TARGET_AUDIENCE_ID, trong đó TARGET_AUDIENCE_ID là mã nhận dạng chữ và số cho đối tượng mục tiêu của bạn.
Trong phần tiếp theo, bạn sẽ sử dụng mã nhận dạng đối tượng mục tiêu để tạo một không gian có thể khám phá hoặc cập nhật một không gian hiện có để đối tượng mục tiêu có thể khám phá không gian đó.
Chỉ định đối tượng mục tiêu trong yêu cầu Chat API
Để tạo một không gian cho một đối tượng mục tiêu cụ thể, hãy sử dụng phương thức create() hoặc setup() trên tài nguyên Space. Để giúp mọi người khám phá một không gian hiện có, hãy sử dụng phương thức update() trên tài nguyên Space. Vì chỉ có thể chia sẻ không gian có tên với đối tượng mục tiêu, nên loại không gian (được biểu thị trong trường spaceType) phải là SPACE.
Để đối tượng mục tiêu có thể khám phá không gian, hãy thêm đối tượng AccessSettings vào tài nguyên Space trong yêu cầu Chat API. Trong đối tượng, hãy chỉ định trường audience:
Thay thế TARGET_AUDIENCE_ID bằng mã nhận dạng của đối tượng mục tiêu mà bạn đã nhận được trong phần trước. Để sử dụng chế độ cài đặt chia sẻ mặc định của không gian Chat cho tổ chức Google Workspace, hãy thay thế bằng default.
