قناع يحدّد الحقول التي يجب تعديلها في مادة عمل الدورة الدراسية هذا الحقل مطلوب لإجراء تعديل. يتعذّر إجراء التعديل في حال تحديد حقول غير صالحة. إذا كان الحقل يتيح القيم الفارغة، يمكن محو محتواه من خلال تحديده في قناع التعديل وليس في عنصر مادة عمل الدورة التدريبية. إذا تم تضمين حقل لا يقبل القيم الفارغة في قناع التعديل ولم يتم ضبطه في عنصر مادة عمل الدورة التدريبية، يتم عرض خطأ INVALID_ARGUMENT.
