Bu istek, ilgili notlandırmayı oluşturmak için kullanılan OAuth istemci kimliğinin Google Cloud Console'u tarafından gönderilmelidir.
Bu yöntem aşağıdaki hata kodlarını döndürür:
PERMISSION_DENIED ise istek gönderen geliştirici projesi ilgili notlandırmayı oluşturmamışsa veya istek gönderen kullanıcının istenen notlandırmayı silmesine izin verilmiyorsa.
