Auf dieser Seite wird beschrieben, wie Sie die Google Chat API verwenden, um einen Google Chat-Bereich für bestimmte Nutzer in einer Google Workspace-Organisation freizugeben, damit sie den Bereich finden und ihm beitreten können.
Sie erstellen Zielgruppen, um festzulegen, welche Nutzer in Ihrer Organisation einen Gruppenbereich finden und ihm beitreten können. Eine Zielgruppe ist eine Personengruppe, z. B. bestimmte Abteilungen oder die gesamte Organisation, mit der Sie einen Chatbereich teilen können, um die Bekanntheit und Freigabefähigkeit des Bereichs zu verbessern. Mit Zielgruppen können Sie auch Mitgliedschaften in Gruppenbereichen verwalten und anpassen, ohne einzelne Nutzer in einen Gruppenbereich einladen zu müssen. Sie können nur benannte Gruppenbereiche für Zielgruppen sichtbar machen. Andere Arten von Gruppenbereichen, z. B. Direktnachrichten oder Gruppenunterhaltungen, können nicht für Zielgruppen freigegeben werden.
Klicken Sie in der Tabelle Zielgruppen auf das Feld Name der Zielgruppe.
Die Zielgruppen-ID finden Sie in der URL der Seite. Das URL-Format ist https://admin.google.com/ac/targetaudiences/TARGET_AUDIENCE_ID, wobei TARGET_AUDIENCE_ID die alphanumerische ID für Ihre Zielgruppe ist.
Im nächsten Abschnitt verwenden Sie die Zielgruppen-ID, um entweder einen auffindbaren Bereich zu erstellen oder einen vorhandenen Bereich so zu aktualisieren, dass er für die Zielgruppe auffindbar ist.
Zielgruppe in Ihrer Chat API-Anfrage angeben
Wenn Sie einen Bereich für eine bestimmte Zielgruppe erstellen möchten, verwenden Sie die Methode create() oder setup() für die Ressource Space. Verwenden Sie die Methode update() für die Ressource Space, um einen vorhandenen Bereich auffindbar zu machen. Da nur benannte Bereiche für Zielgruppen freigegeben werden können, muss der Bereichstyp (im Feld spaceType) SPACE sein.
Damit ein Gruppenbereich für Ihre Zielgruppe auffindbar ist, fügen Sie das AccessSettings-Objekt in die Space-Ressource als Teil Ihrer Chat API-Anfrage ein. Geben Sie im Objekt das Feld audience an:
Ersetzen Sie TARGET_AUDIENCE_ID durch die ID der Zielgruppe, die Sie im vorherigen Abschnitt abgerufen haben. Wenn Sie die Standardeinstellungen für die Freigabe von Chatbereichen für Ihre Google Workspace-Organisation verwenden möchten, ersetzen Sie den Platzhalter durch default.
