Untuk menentukan pengguna di organisasi Anda yang dapat menemukan dan bergabung ke ruang, Anda membuat audiens target. Target audiens adalah sekelompok orang—seperti
departemen tertentu atau seluruh organisasi—yang dapat Anda ajak
bergabung ke ruang Chat, untuk meningkatkan awareness dan
kemampuan berbagi ruang. Target audiens juga memungkinkan Anda mengelola dan menyesuaikan keanggotaan ruang, sehingga Anda tidak perlu mengundang setiap pengguna ke ruang. Untuk mengetahui informasi

Anda hanya dapat membuat ruang bernama dapat ditemukan oleh audiens target. Anda tidak dapat membagikan jenis ruang lain, seperti pesan langsung atau percakapan grup, kepada audiens target.
Di tabel Target audiens, klik kolom Nama target audiens.
Temukan ID target audiens di URL halaman. Format URL adalah
https://admin.google.com/ac/targetaudiences/TARGET_AUDIENCE_ID,
dengan TARGET_AUDIENCE_ID adalah ID alfanumerik untuk
target audiens Anda.
Di bagian berikutnya, Anda akan menggunakan ID target audiens untuk membuat ruang yang dapat ditemukan atau memperbarui ruang yang ada agar dapat ditemukan oleh target audiens.
Menentukan target audiens dalam permintaan Chat API Anda
Untuk membuat ruang bagi audiens target tertentu, gunakan metode create() atau
setup() pada resource Space. Untuk membuat ruang yang ada dapat ditemukan, gunakan metode update() pada resource Space. Karena hanya ruang bernama yang dapat dibagikan kepada audiens target, jenis ruang (yang ditampilkan di kolom spaceType) harus SPACE.
Agar ruang dapat ditemukan oleh audiens target Anda, sertakan objek
AccessSettings
dalam resource Space sebagai bagian dari permintaan Chat API Anda. Dalam
objek, tentukan kolom audience:
Ganti TARGET_AUDIENCE_ID dengan ID target audiens yang Anda dapatkan di bagian sebelumnya. Untuk menggunakan setelan berbagi ruang Chat default untuk organisasi Google Workspace Anda, ganti dengan default.
