Possible types of a location ownership.

`UNSPECIFIED`	Not specified.
`UNKNOWN`	Used for return value only. Represents value unknown in this version.
`BUSINESS_OWNER`	Business Owner of location(legacy location extension - LE).
`AFFILIATE`	Affiliate location(Third party location extension - ALE).
