Derives an RfTensors container from RF media values in given input.

input_data The input data to derive the RF tensors from.
model_spec The model specification.
calibration_period The resolved RF ROI calibration period, of shape (n_media_times, n_rf_channels), or None if the model is not calibrated over a restricted period. Resolve this from ModelContext.compiled_rf_roi_calibration_period rather than reading the deprecated ModelSpec.rf_roi_calibration_period directly, so that a declaratively configured calibration period is honored.
