Le finestre di dialogo sono interfacce basate su schede a finestre che le app di chat aprono per interagire con gli utenti. Per aiutare gli utenti a completare procedure in più passaggi, l'app Chat può aprire finestre di dialogo sequenziali.
Le finestre di dialogo sono utili per i seguenti tipi di interazioni utente:
- Raccogliere informazioni dagli utenti
- Autenticazione degli utenti con i servizi web
- Configurare le impostazioni dell'app Chat
L'apertura, l'invio o l'annullamento di una finestra di dialogo richiede una risposta sincrona
da un'app Chat con un
DialogEventType.
Le finestre di dialogo non sono supportate dalle app di chat create con un'architettura asincrona, come Pub/Sub o il metodo create messaggio. Se l'app di Chat utilizza un'architettura
sincrona, utilizza un
messaggio a scheda
anziché una finestra di dialogo.

restituendo quella successiva nella sequenza in risposta a un SUBMIT_DIALOG
DialogEventType.
Nel pulsante della scheda che aggiorna la finestra di dialogo, restituisci onClick.action.function come nome di una funzione che apre la finestra di dialogo successiva e mantieni onClick.action.interaction non specificato.

Risolvi il problema
Quando un'app o una scheda Google Chat restituisce un errore, l'interfaccia di Chat mostra il messaggio "Si è verificato un problema". o "Impossibile elaborare la richiesta". A volte nella UI di Chat non viene visualizzato alcun messaggio di errore, ma l'app o la scheda Chat produce un risultato imprevisto. Ad esempio, il messaggio di una scheda potrebbe non essere visualizzato.
Anche se un messaggio di errore potrebbe non essere visualizzato nell'interfaccia utente di Chat, sono disponibili messaggi di errore descrittivi e dati di log per aiutarti a correggere gli errori quando il logging degli errori per le app di Chat è attivato.
