Haz clic en Continuar para importar nuestra muestra de funciones de Surface en Dialogflow. Luego, sigue los pasos que se indican a continuación para implementar y probar la muestra:

  1. Ingresa un nombre de agente y crea un agente de Dialogflow nuevo para la muestra.
  2. Una vez que el agente termine de importar, haz clic en Ir al agente (Go to agent).
  3. En el menú de navegación principal, ve a Entrega.
  4. Habilita el Editor intercalado y, luego, haz clic en Implementar. El editor contiene el código de muestra.
  5. En el menú de navegación principal, ve a Integraciones y, luego, haz clic en Asistente de Google.
  6. En la ventana modal que aparece, habilita Auto-preview changes y haz clic en Test para abrir el simulador de Actions.
  7. En el simulador, ingresa Talk to my test app para probar la muestra.

Tus acciones pueden aparecer en una variedad de plataformas, como plataformas de solo audio (bocinas inteligentes) y superficies de audio y pantalla (como pantallas inteligentes y dispositivos móviles).

Para diseñar y crear conversaciones que funcionen bien en todas las plataformas, usa las capacidades de superficie a fin de controlar y definir el alcance de tus conversaciones correctamente.

Capacidades de superficie para Actions

Actions on Google te permite controlar si los usuarios pueden invocar o no tu acción en función de la plataforma que estén usando. Si los usuarios intentan invocar tu acción en una plataforma no compatible, recibirán un mensaje de error que les indicará que su dispositivo no es compatible.

Debes definir la compatibilidad de superficie de tu Acción en tu proyecto de acciones.

Tu Acción puede aparecer en varias plataformas compatibles con Asistente, como smartphones (iOS y Android) y dispositivos Google Home.

Capacidades de la superficie del entorno de ejecución

Puedes adaptar la experiencia del usuario con capacidades de plataforma del tiempo de ejecución de dos maneras principales:

  • Ramificación de respuestas: Presenta diferentes respuestas a los usuarios, pero con la misma estructura y flujo para la conversación en distintas plataformas. Por ejemplo, una acción del clima puede mostrar una tarjeta con una imagen en un teléfono y reproducir un archivo de audio en Google Home, pero el flujo de conversación es el mismo en todas las plataformas.
  • ramificación de conversaciones: presenta a los usuarios conversaciones completamente diferentes en cada plataforma. Por ejemplo, si estás compilando una app de pedidos de comida, te recomendamos que proporciones un flujo de reordenamiento en Google Home, pero un flujo de ensamblaje de carrito completo en teléfonos celulares. Para realizar la ramificación de conversación, define el alcance de la activación de intents en Dialogflow para ciertas capacidades de superficie con contextos de Dialogflow. Los intents reales de Dialogflow no se activan, a menos que se cumpla una función de plataforma específica.

  • Conversaciones de varias plataformas: Presenta a los usuarios una conversación en una plataforma que transiciona a otra durante la conversación. Por ejemplo, si un usuario invoca tu acción con imágenes en una superficie de solo audio como Google Home, puedes compilarla para buscar otra plataforma con capacidades visuales y mover la conversación allí si es posible.

Ramificación de conversaciones

Puedes configurar los intents de Dialogflow para que solo se activen en ciertas capacidades con los contextos predefinidos de Dialogflow. Cada vez que se detecta una coincidencia con un intent, Dialogflow genera contextos automáticamente a partir del conjunto de funciones de superficie que tiene disponibles el dispositivo. Puedes especificar uno o más de estos contextos como "contextos de entrada" para tus intents. Esto te permite restringir la activación de intents según la modalidad.

Por ejemplo, si solo deseas que se active un intent en dispositivos con salida de pantalla, puedes establecer un contexto de entrada en el intent para que sea actions_capability_screen_output.

Se encuentran disponibles los siguientes contextos:

  • actions_capability_audio_output: El dispositivo tiene una bocina.
  • actions_capability_screen_output: El dispositivo tiene una pantalla de salida.
  • actions_capability_media_response_audio: El dispositivo admite la reproducción de contenido multimedia.
  • actions_capability_web_browser: El dispositivo admite un navegador web. Por el momento, esta función no está disponible para pantallas inteligentes.

Conversaciones en varias superficies

En cualquier momento del flujo de tu acción, puedes verificar si el usuario tiene otras plataformas con una función específica. Si hay disponible otra plataforma con la capacidad solicitada, puedes transferir la conversación actual a esa plataforma nueva.

El flujo de una transferencia de superficie funcionará de la siguiente manera:

  1. Verifica si el usuario tiene una plataforma disponible

    En el controlador de webhook, puedes consultar si el usuario tiene una plataforma disponible con una función específica. Ten en cuenta que esta plataforma debe estar vinculada a la misma Cuenta de Google que la plataforma de origen.
