Lo scopo di Availability Viewer è fornire la cronologia di un singolo
slot per un determinato commerciante e servizio. Questo strumento è utile per il debug di problemi relativi alla disponibilità e agli aggiornamenti in tempo reale prima e dopo il lancio.
Per utilizzare lo Strumento di visualizzazione della disponibilità, devi compilare i filtri di intervallo ID commerciante,
ID servizio e Ora di inizio dello slot. Il filtro dell'intervallo di tempo deve includere l'inizio dell'intervallo (inserisci l'ora EPOCH o utilizza il selettore data/ora) dello slot e, facoltativamente, la fine dell'intervallo (il valore predefinito è 1 settimana nel futuro).
Per utilizzare il selettore della data e dell'ora, seleziona il filtro Ora di inizio. Quando si apre il popup del filtro, inserisci l'ora EPOCH o fai clic sull'icona dell'orologio per aprire il selettore della data e dell'ora. Seleziona (o esegui una query per paese) per trovare il fuso orario appropriato.
Puoi fare clic sul nome di una colonna per ordinare i valori in ordine decrescente o crescente.
Per impostazione predefinita, l'ora di inizio è ordinata in ordine decrescente.
Possono essere presenti più voci per un singolo slot se è definita più di una risorsa per lo slot. Ad esempio, un gruppo di 2-6 persone idoneo per una prenotazione alle ore 20:00 presso il ristorante A. Per restringere ulteriormente i risultati di ricerca, nella barra dei filtri è possibile applicare filtri aggiuntivi (ad es. "Tag disponibilità", "Periodicità", "Eccezione alla pianificazione", "Posti disponibili" e "Posti totali").
Se lo spazio è attualmente eliminato, sarà visibile un'icona del cestino rossa e i campi Spazi aperti, Spazi totali e Durata saranno impostati su -1. Se uno slot viene eliminato e poi ripristinato, questa modifica viene visualizzata nella visualizzazione della cronologia. Lo slot mostrerà "Eliminato" in rosso con una voce successiva per "Aggiornato".
Se esegui l'integrazione utilizzando le eccezioni di ricorrenza e pianificazione, nel link "Visualizza eccezioni" è disponibile una visualizzazione dettagliata delle eccezioni di pianificazione. Verranno visualizzate tutte le eccezioni alla pianificazione per la finestra di tempo di ricorrenza. Ciò significa che verranno visualizzate le eccezioni alla programmazione precedenti all'ora di inizio inserita.
Gli attributi aggiuntivi relativi a uno slot possono essere visualizzati facendo clic sul link "Visualizza ulteriori informazioni". È possibile visualizzare attributi come la modalità di conferma e le regole di pianificazione.
