geo_target_constant

A geo target constant is a unique identifier for a geographical region that can be targeted by a campaign. Each targetable location is uniquely identified by a Criterion ID.

The resource_name of each geo_target_constant is of the form geoTargetConstants/{Criterion ID}.

For example, the resource_name value of New York state is geoTargetConstants/21167.
