Usage involves creating an com.google.ads.interactivemedia.v3.api.AdsLoader, providing an com.google.ads.interactivemedia.v3.api.AdDisplayContainer in which to play the ads, requesting ads with an com.google.ads.interactivemedia.v3.api.AdsRequest, and managing the ads with an com.google.ads.interactivemedia.v3.api.AdsManager.
