בדף הזה מוסבר איך להשבית או לסגור תוסף ל-Google Classroom. הפעולה שצריך לבצע תלויה בשאלה אם רוצים להפעיל מחדש את התוסף בעתיד.
מגבלות
לפני שמשנים את הסטטוס של התוסף, חשוב לקחת בחשבון את הנקודות הבאות:
Google לא מסירה קבצים מצורפים של תוספים שכבר נוצרו ב-Classroom, גם אחרי שמבצעים אחת מהפעולות שמתוארות במדריך הזה. אם אתם לא רוצים יותר שהמשתמשים יוכלו לגשת לתוכן שלכם באמצעות קבצים מצורפים של תוספים, אתם צריכים לוודא שהמשתמשים לא יקבלו שגיאות שלא ניתן לתקן.

פעולות

ביטול הפרסום
אפשר לבחור באפשרות הזו אם רוצים לצמצם את מספר ההתקנות החדשות של תוסף מסוים על ידי הסרת הרישום שלו ב-Google Workspace Marketplace.
כדי להסיר תוסף מהרשימה, מסמנים את התיבה Unlisted בקטע App Visibility (חשיפת האפליקציה) בדף App Configuration (הגדרת האפליקציה) ב-Marketplace SDK.
השפעה
הדף של התוסף לא מופיע יותר ב-Google Workspace Marketplace. הוא גם לא מופיע בתוצאות החיפוש או במסנן 'פועל עם Classroom'.
התוסף ימשיך לפעול כרגיל אצל כל המשתמשים שהתקינו אותו.
לתשומת ליבכם
המשתמשים עדיין יכולים להתקין את התוסף שלכם על ידי כניסה ישירה לכתובת ה-URL של האפליקציה. כתובת ה-URL של האפליקציה מוצגת בדף Store Listing (דף האפליקציה בחנות) ב-Marketplace SDK.

בטל פרסום
בוחרים באפשרות הזו אם רוצים למנוע את כל ההתקנות החדשות של תוסף. בניגוד לביטול הפרסום, אי אפשר להתקין תוסף לא מפורסם על ידי מעבר ישירות לכתובת ה-URL של דף התוסף ב-Google Workspace Marketplace. אפשר לפרסם מחדש את התוסף כדי לאפשר התקנות חדשות בעתיד.
כדי לבטל את הפרסום, לוחצים על הלחצן ביטול הפרסום בדף האפליקציה בחנות ב-Marketplace SDK.
השפעה
כל דפי האפליקציות שמשויכים לפרויקט הזה ב-Google Cloud יוסרו מיד מ-Google Workspace Marketplace.
לתשומת ליבכם
משתמשים שכבר התקינו את התוסף יכולים להמשיך להשתמש בו כרגיל.
אם סימנתם כמה שילובים ב-SDK של Marketplace, כדאי להשבית רק את השילוב של Classroom.
כדי לאפשר התקנות חדשות, צריך לפרסם מחדש את האפליקציה. צוות Marketplace יצטרך לבדוק אותה מחדש לפני שהיא תהיה זמינה שוב למשתמשים. משתמשים שהתקינו בעבר את התוסף יקבלו שוב גישה אליו אחרי שהאפליקציה תאושר מחדש.

כדי להשבית רק את השילוב עם Classroom, מבטלים את הסימון של התיבה Classroom integration בדף App Configuration של Marketplace SDK.
השפעה
התוסף לא מופיע יותר בממשק המשתמש של Classroom כשיוצרים מטלה, חומר לימוד או הודעה חדשים.
הרישום של התוסף יוסר מ-Google Workspace Marketplace.

Users that had previously installed the add-on regain access to it after the app has been reapproved.\n\n### Turn off the Classroom integration\n\n| **Note:** You can only perform this action for a bundled add-on. A bundled add-on is a Cloud project where more than one Google Workspace integrations are selected in the Google Workspace Marketplace SDK's [App\n| Configuration](//console.cloud.google.com/apis/api/appsmarket-component.googleapis.com/googleapps_sdk) page.\n\nSimilar to [unpublishing](#unpublish), this action prevents all new\ninstallations of a Classroom add-on with the possibility to\nrepublish in the future. If your application is bundled with other\nMarketplace integrations, choose this option to only\naffect your Classroom add-on.\n\nTo turn off only the Classroom integration, clear the\n**Classroom integration box** in the\nMarketplace SDK [App Configuration](//console.cloud.google.com/apis/api/appsmarket-component.googleapis.com/googleapps_sdk) page.\n\n#### Effect\n\n- The add-on no longer appears in the Classroom UI when creating a new assignment, material, or announcement.\n- The add-on listing is removed from Google Workspace Marketplace.\n\n#### Considerations\n\n- To allow new installations, recheck the Classroom integration box and click **Publish** again in the Marketplace SDK [Store Listing](//console.cloud.google.com/apis/api/appsmarket-component.googleapis.com/googleapps_sdk_publish) page. It must be re-reviewed by the Marketplace team before it is available to users again. Users that had previously installed the add-on regain access to it after the app has been reapproved.\n\n### Delete the add-on\n\nChoose this option to immediately and permanently remove an\nadd-on. The add-on no longer\nappears for any users in Google Workspace Marketplace or Google Classroom.\n\nTo permanently delete an add-on,\n**[shut down](//support.google.com/googleapi/answer/6251787)** the Google Cloud project.\n| **Warning:** Don't shut down a Cloud project that must continue to exist for another reason; choose one of the other actions instead. For example, you might want to avoid shutting down a Cloud project that you also use for sign-in, other integrations, or API calls.\n\n#### Effect\n\n- The app listing is immediately removed from Google Workspace Marketplace.\n- The add-on is forcibly uninstalled for all Google Workspace users.\n\n#### Considerations\n\n- If the project is later [restored](//support.google.com/googleapi/answer/6251787) and the app republished and approved, the add-on is not restored to users that had previously installed it.
