Migrate from the previous Preview release

The latest Preview release of Maps Datasets API changed the endpoint URL for API calls to use /v1 instead of /v1alpha.

The previous endpoints were in the form:

https://mapsplatformdatasets.googleapis.com/v1alpha/projects

The new endpoints are in the form:

https://mapsplatformdatasets.googleapis.com/v1/projects
