القيود
يُرجى مراعاة ما يلي قبل تغيير حالة الإضافة:
لا تزيل Google المرفقات التي تم إنشاؤها مسبقًا في Classroom باستخدام الإضافات، حتى بعد تنفيذ أحد الإجراءات الموضّحة في هذا الدليل. إذا لم يعُد هدفك أن يتمكّن المستخدمون من الوصول إلى المحتوى الخاص بك من خلال مرفقات الإضافات، تأكَّد من عدم ظهور أخطاء لا يمكن إصلاحها للمستخدمين.
لن يؤدي إيقاف حزمة تطوير البرامج (SDK) في Google Workspace Marketplace في مشروع على Google Cloud إلى أي تأثير في بيانات التطبيق أو سلوكه. يؤدي ذلك إلى منعك فقط من تغيير الإعدادات.
لا يمكنك حظر المستخدمين الذين ثبَّتوا الإضافة مؤقتًا من استخدامها.
المهام
في ما يلي الإجراءات التي يمكنك اتّخاذها والتي تؤثر في مدى توفّر إحدى إضافات Classroom. يتم تنفيذ هذه العمليات إما في
حزمة تطوير البرامج (SDK) في Google Workspace Marketplace أو في
مشروع الإضافة على Google Cloud نفسه. ويتناول كلّ منها حالة استخدام معيّنة.
إلغاء الإدراج
حدِّد هذا الخيار إذا كنت تريد تقليل عمليات التثبيت الجديدة للإضافة من خلال إخفاء بطاقة بياناتها على Google Workspace Marketplace.
إزالة الإضافة من القائمة من خلال وضع علامة في المربّع Unlisted ضمن قسم "إمكانية الوصول إلى التطبيق" في صفحة إعدادات التطبيق في حزمة تطوير البرامج (SDK) في Marketplace
التأثير
لن يظهر إدراج الإضافة في
Google Workspace Marketplace. ولا يظهر أيضًا في نتائج البحث أو فلتر "يعمل مع Classroom".
سيستمر عمل الإضافة بشكل طبيعي لجميع المستخدمين الذين ثبّتوها.
الاعتبارات
سيظل بإمكان المستخدمين تثبيت الإضافة من خلال الانتقال مباشرةً إلى عنوان URL الخاص بالتطبيق. يظهر عنوان URL للتطبيق في صفحة بطاقة بيانات المتجر الخاصة بحزمة تطوير البرامج (SDK) في Marketplace.
يمكنك استعادة إمكانية ظهور البطاقة في أي وقت من خلال إزالة العلامة من المربّع Unlisted.
إلغاء النشر
اختَر هذا الخيار إذا كنت تريد منع جميع عمليات التثبيت الجديدة لإحدى الإضافات. على عكس إزالة التطبيق من القائمة، لا يمكن تثبيت إضافة غير منشورة من خلال الانتقال مباشرةً إلى عنوان URL الخاص ببطاقة بيانات الإضافة على Google Workspace Marketplace. يمكنك إعادة نشر الإضافة للسماح بعمليات تثبيت جديدة في وقت ما في المستقبل.
لإلغاء النشر، انقر على الزر إلغاء النشر في صفحة بطاقة بيانات المتجر الخاصة بـ Marketplace SDK.
التأثير
تتم على الفور إزالة جميع بيانات التطبيقات المرتبطة بمشروع Google Cloud هذا من Google Workspace Marketplace.

لإيقاف عملية الدمج مع Classroom فقط، عليك إزالة العلامة من مربّع الدمج مع Classroom في صفحة إعدادات التطبيق في حزمة تطوير البرامج (SDK) في Marketplace.
التأثير
لن تظهر الإضافة في واجهة مستخدم Classroom عند إنشاء مهمة أو مادة أو إعلان جديد.
تتم إزالة بطاقة بيانات الإضافة من Google Workspace Marketplace.

Your\nchoices of action depend on whether you want to reactivate the\nadd-on in the future.\n\nLimitations\n-----------\n\nNote the following considerations before changing your\nadd-on's status:\n\n- Google *doesn't remove* already created add-on attachments in Classroom, even after you perform one of the actions described in this guide. Users that had previously installed the add-on regain access to it after the app has been reapproved.\n\n### Turn off the Classroom integration\n\n| **Note:** You can only perform this action for a bundled add-on. If your application is bundled with other\nMarketplace integrations, choose this option to only\naffect your Classroom add-on.\n\nTo turn off only the Classroom integration, clear the\n**Classroom integration box** in the\nMarketplace SDK [App Configuration](//console.cloud.google.com/apis/api/appsmarket-component.googleapis.com/googleapps_sdk) page.\n\n#### Effect\n\n- The add-on no longer appears in the Classroom UI when creating a new assignment, material, or announcement.\n- The add-on listing is removed from Google Workspace Marketplace.\n\n#### Considerations\n\n- To allow new installations, recheck the Classroom integration box and click **Publish** again in the Marketplace SDK [Store Listing](//console.cloud.google.com/apis/api/appsmarket-component.googleapis.com/googleapps_sdk_publish) page. It must be re-reviewed by the Marketplace team before it is available to users again. Users that had previously installed the add-on regain access to it after the app has been reapproved.\n\n### Delete the add-on\n\nChoose this option to immediately and permanently remove an\nadd-on. The add-on no longer\nappears for any users in Google Workspace Marketplace or Google Classroom.\n\nTo permanently delete an add-on,\n**[shut down](//support.google.com/googleapi/answer/6251787)** the Google Cloud project.\n| **Warning:** Don't shut down a Cloud project that must continue to exist for another reason; choose one of the other actions instead. For example, you might want to avoid shutting down a Cloud project that you also use for sign-in, other integrations, or API calls.\n\n#### Effect\n\n- The app listing is immediately removed from Google Workspace Marketplace.\n- The add-on is forcibly uninstalled for all Google Workspace users.\n\n#### Considerations\n\n- If the project is later [restored](//support.google.com/googleapi/answer/6251787) and the app republished and approved, the add-on is not restored to users that had previously installed it.
