जब पहली बार आपका जारीकर्ता खाता बनाया जाता है, तो वह डेमो मोड में होता है. डेमो मोड में, सिर्फ़ उन Google Wallet उपयोगकर्ताओं को पास जारी किए जा सकते हैं जिनके खातों के पास, आपके जारीकर्ता खाते के लिए एडमिन या डेवलपर की भूमिका है. इसके अलावा, उन उपयोगकर्ताओं को भी पास जारी किए जा सकते हैं जिन्हें आपने Google Wallet Console में टेस्ट खातों के तौर पर जोड़ा है.
पब्लिश करने का ऐक्सेस मिलने के बाद, आपके पास से "[TEST ONLY]" एनोटेशन भी हटा दिया जाएगा.
Google Wallet के किसी भी उपयोगकर्ता को पास जारी करने के लिए, आपको पब्लिश करने के ऐक्सेस का अनुरोध करना होगा. पब्लिश करने के ऐक्सेस के अनुरोधों की समीक्षा, Google Wallet की टीम करती है. इससे यह पक्का किया जाता है कि पास जारी करने वाली कंपनी ने कुछ ज़रूरी शर्तें पूरी की हैं.

अपनी Business Profile पूरी करना
Business Profile से, Google Wallet की टीम को आपके कारोबार के बारे में बुनियादी जानकारी मिलती है. इससे यह पुष्टि करने में मदद मिलती है कि आपका जारीकर्ता खाता किसी असली कारोबार, संगठन या व्यक्ति का है.
अपनी Business Profile को पूरा करने के लिए, आपको अपने कारोबार की जानकारी देनी होगी. साथ ही, अपने कारोबार की पहचान बताने के लिए, पेमेंट्स प्रोफ़ाइल सेट अप करनी होगी या कोई मौजूदा पेमेंट्स प्रोफ़ाइल चुननी होगी.
अपनी Business Profile बनाने के लिए, Google Pay और Wallet Console पर जाएं. इसके बाद, बाईं ओर मौजूद नेविगेशन बार में 'Business Profile' पर क्लिक करें.
कम से कम एक पास क्लास बनाएं
Google Wallet के उपयोगकर्ताओं को पास जारी करने के लिए, लगभग सभी तरह के पास के लिए Passes Class की ज़रूरत होती है. पब्लिश करने का ऐक्सेस पाने से पहले, आपको कम से कम एक पास क्लास बनानी होगी.

पब्लिश करने के ऐक्सेस का अनुरोध करना
पब्लिश करने के ऐक्सेस का अनुरोध करने से जुड़ी ज़रूरी शर्तें पूरी करने के बाद, यह तरीका अपनाएं:
Google Wallet Console पर जाने के लिए, 'Google Wallet API' पर क्लिक करें.
अगर आपने ज़रूरी शर्तें पूरी कर ली हैं, तो आपको 'पब्लिश करने का ऐक्सेस पाएं' लेबल वाले बॉक्स में, 'पब्लिश करने का ऐक्सेस पाने का अनुरोध करें' बटन दिखेगा.

Google Wallet की टीम, आपके जारीकर्ता खाते की समीक्षा करेगी. साथ ही, पब्लिश करने का ऐक्सेस पाने के आपके अनुरोध को मंज़ूरी मिलने पर आपको सूचना देगी.
