Händler können eine Verknüpfung jederzeit aufheben, indem sie im Google Merchant Center den Tab Partner aufrufen. Partner können Links programmatisch mit der Aktion remove der Methode accounts.link entfernen. Wenn ein Link entfernt wurde, ist er nicht mehr vorhanden und muss neu angefordert und genehmigt werden.
Genauso wie bei approve-Aktionen selektiv ausgewählt werden kann, welche services aktiviert werden sollen, kann eine remove-Aktion auch auf eine Teilmenge der services-Liste angewendet werden.
Beispiel
Wenn wir das Beispiel aus den vorherigen Abschnitten fortsetzen, kann ein Händlerkonto 98765 die Verknüpfung mit dem Partner 123456789 aufheben, indem es eine Anfrage mit "action": "remove" sendet.
