Method: videos.renderVideo

Adds an address to the renderer's queue if a video hasn't already been rendered. Otherwise, returns metadata about the video.

POST https://aerialview.googleapis.com/v1/videos:renderVideo

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.
